Once a payment is made towards registration, general membership, premium membership, or any renewal on Shadi Biah, it is non-refundable — regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of membership.
You may cancel or deactivate your membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting our support team. However, any amount already paid towards registration, membership or renewal fees will not be refunded.
If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, or a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment details. Such cases will be reviewed individually and corrected where confirmed.
