By registering on Shadi Biah (www.shadibiah.pk) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services are available only to individuals who have reached the legal marriageable age in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you (or the person you are registering on behalf of) meet this requirement and are legally free to marry.
If you register or manage a profile on behalf of a son, daughter or relative, you confirm that you are doing so with their full knowledge and consent, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Shadi Biah reviews profiles before they go live and may request supporting documents, but does not independently verify every detail submitted by users, and cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of any profile.
You agree to interact with other members respectfully and honestly, and not to use Shadi Biah for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial enquiries.
Your profile, including photos, is shared only with other reviewed members and only to the extent you have consented. For related information, please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Some features of Shadi Biah may require a paid membership. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Shadi Biah facilitates introductions between families and individuals. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that any introduction will result in an engagement or marriage. Decisions about proceeding with any rishta remain entirely with you and your family.
You may not use Shadi Biah to submit false information, create multiple or fake profiles, harass or defraud other members, solicit money, or use the platform for any commercial, unlawful or immoral purpose. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or removed without notice.
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and design — is the property of Shadi Biah unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You may deactivate or request deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us. Shadi Biah also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Shadi Biah shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Shadi Biah after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
